Inspiring Change with Every Step We Take

Edjuda Foundation, a non-governmental organization that is dedicated to providing education for all levels, technical training for those who cannot afford it, and improving the livelihood of communities in Mozambique.

Our Mission

At Edjuda Foundation, our mission is to bridge the gap in education and skills training across Mozambique by offering equal opportunities to all, regardless of socio-economic background. We are deeply committed to creating an inclusive environment where every individual has access to quality learning resources, practical training, and personal development tools. By equipping people with the knowledge and skills they need, we aim to empower them to build sustainable livelihoods, achieve economic independence, and contribute meaningfully to their communities. Through our programs, we foster long-term growth, promote social equity, and help shape a brighter, more empowered future for Mozambique and beyond.

Our Vision

We envision a future where every individual in Mozambique has equal access to quality education and practical training, paving the way toward self-sufficiency, personal growth, and sustainable economic development. Our mission goes beyond just providing learning opportunities—we strive to become a driving force in promoting education, vocational skills, and lifelong learning across the country. By empowering communities through knowledge and skill-building, we aim to foster a more inclusive, innovative, and prosperous society where every person has the opportunity to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to national progress.

Fátima had witnessed many cases of domestic violence in her community but felt helpless in being able to address this issue. That's when she joined Edjuda's gender empowerment program, which taught her about women's rights and how to speak out against gender-based violence. Fátima now leads a support group for survivors and works towards creating a safer community for all.
